Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Excessive no-showing and cancelling will result in being blocked from online booking. Late clients are given a 15 minute grace period before appointments are cancelled.
